Zoe Scoglio is a media artist who creates works using video, sound, performance, installation and participatory engagement. Recent self-devised and collaborative projects have been presented throughout Australia including at West Space, Arts House, Next Wave Festival, Dance House, Lucy Guerin Inc, Melbourne Festival, Blindside Gallery, Festival of Live Art, ReelDance, Gertrude Projection Festival, Anna Pappas Gallery, TINA, 24 Hour Art and CAST Gallery. Zoe’s Green Room awarded video performance ‘Shifting Ground’ (Arts House 2012) has just toured to the UK and was presented at Tramway (Glasgow) and Apiary Studios (London).
Video designs and commissions include work for The Melbourne Workers Theatre, Tracks Dance Company, Director Suzanne Chaundy, Michele Lee at MTC, Trades Hall, Lynne Kent, About Face Productions, The Women’s Circus and bands Prudence Rees-Lee, Tek Tek Ensemble, Brite Fight and Flying Scribble.
